Join us on Saturday for our Christmas Eve service at 5pm! (No service Christmas Day)

MISSION

We exist to glorify God by forming whole disciples who live in such a way that our neighbors have repeated opportunities to hear, experience, and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

WHOLE DISCIPLES

We believe whole disciples of Jesus are marked by the following:

worshipers

We increasingly love God in all areas of life.

image-bearers

We seek to create more than we consume, upholding the image of God in every person.

members

We prioritize the mission of the Church as we intentionally live life together.

servants

We use our God-given gifts and resources for the benefit of our neighbors.

missionaries

We share the gospel intentionally and regularly in our circles of influence.

VALUES

Our values shape the way we live in the world as we pursue our mission:

DEPTH

We pursue depth in devotion, knowledge, and relationships.

delight

We recognize, receive, and enjoy God's good gifts.

self-awareness

We humbly seek to understand our hearts and our impact on others.

renewal

We participate with God as he revitalizes our communities with his presence and power.

BELIEFS

the creeds:

At the center of the Christian faith are two very important creeds of the Church: The Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed. Apostles Church Uptown ascribes to both of these Creeds as we seek to embody the Historic Christian Faith.

our statement of faith:

In support of these two historic creeds, our statement of faith summarizes what we consider to be the fundamental teachings of the Bible. Click any of the boxes below to learn more:

PARTNERS

While we are an autonomous local church, we recognize the value and need for strategic partnerships. We partner with the following churches and organization as we pursue God's mission in the world:
We are affiliated with Harbor Network, which offers safety and support to launch, lead, and multiply thriving churches.
We support and partner with Hope For New York, a ministry that mobilizes volunteer and financial resources to support non-profit organizations serving the poor and marginalized in New York City.
Apostles Brooklyn is our sister church, whose mission is to love Brooklyn with the message and mercy of Christ.
