Our Sound team works to make sure that what’s being led from the stage is heard in such a way that serves the congregation. The sound team aims for excellence, mixes for congregational participation, and seeks to minimize distractions.*

Time Commitment:
One Sunday per month
8:30am - 12:30pm

What You Can Expect:
• To help set the tone of our Sunday worship services, aiming at empowered corporate worship
• To work alongside the band and grow in relationships
• To grow in skills as a sound engineer

Responsibilities:
• Setting up and tearing down sound equipment
• Getting sound levels set during band rehearsal
• Mix sound for the service, ensure that all transitions happen seamlessly

Ideal Volunteer:
• Someone who has experience as a sound engineer or musician
• Someone who cares deeply about congregational participation in worship
• Someone who is detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

*Note: this team requires some prior experience and/or specialized training.
